MeriForm respects your privacy. This policy explains, in plain language, what information we handle and how.

What data we collect

When you contact us via WhatsApp, phone or email, we only keep the information you send us — such as your name, contact and message — used solely to reply to you.

Free site check

If you use the free site check, we keep the address you entered (or your business name), your email and the result, to send you the report and, if you reply, to talk to you about it. We do not share them and we do not add you to newsletters. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies.

Visit statistics

To understand how the site is used and what to improve, we measure visits with Vercel Web Analytics and with our own statistics: pages viewed, time on each page, how far down the page you scroll, what you click and any page errors. None of this uses cookies or stores anything on your device. Your IP address is never stored: it is only combined, with a code that changes every day, into an anonymous identifier, so we cannot recognise you from one day to the next or know who you are.

At any time you can ask us to view, correct or delete the information you have sent us. Just get in touch.
